Refunds
We will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and settle the refund.

Damages and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and rectify the problem.
Exchange
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item after accepting the return.
